By using the Now & Forever website you agree to the following terms of use:

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any of the items that you wish to purchase and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selections, click the order icon and you will be asked a few details that we need to satisfy your order.

We accept PAYPAL or alternatively you may direct deposit to secure your purchase. Once we receive payment, your order will be processed.

Should your item be lost in transit we will do our best to ensure you have all the information necessary to make a claim against the carrier.

We are not responsible for any loss, or damage of items arising from delivery.

*International customers will be contacted with a shipping quotation prior to dispatch and are
responsible for local duties and taxes.

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products 100%. If for some reason you are unhappy with the products, please contact us and we will do our best to solve it for you. We will either issue a refund or exchange (not including original shipping cost). Shipping charges are only refundable if we have made an error on your order.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds on products that you have purchased under the following conditions:
• If the products were on sale
• If you have simply changed your mind
• If you have selected the wrong size/colour
• If items are returned after your event date
• Items such as swimwear, earrings etc due to hygiene reasons

You must contact us prior to returning any merchandise:

All requests for returns must be made within 7 working days.

The item(s) must be as new, unopened, unused and in their original packaging as received.

The customer is required to pay the return postage of the goods.
The customer is responsible for the packaging of goods to prevent damage during transit.

We reserve the right to decline an exchange or credit if you do not meet these
requirements.

Credits & exchanges will be processed within 3 weeks.

SHIPPING TIME

All items are listed as "IN STOCK"..this does not mean that all items are "ON HAND" in our store. Some items will need to be ordered from our various suppliers:

Most of our items will be delivered within 21 days of your order. If there is any delay you will
be informed.

** Please make sure that you allow enough time for your items to be received in time for your wedding day! We suggest that you place your order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment**
